This book series stems from the 2023 edition of the Winter School for high schools organised by the Italian Philosophical Society – Friuli Venezia Giulia section – and Link. Regional Philosophy Network, in collaboration with the Women’s Philosophical Community “Diotima” of Verona. Developing the paths taken together with students, the book is proposed as an introductory tool to the feminist movement. A general overview of its main currents, a particular look at the tradition of the Italian thought of difference written by some of its most important contemporary voices, an in-depth study of some historical figures – such as Luce Irigaray, Carla Lonzi, Luisa Muraro – and finally a section devoted to phenomena from abroad – including black feminism, social movements in Latin America and decoloniality – make up a rich overall picture capable of introducing the complexity and dynamism of a movement in constant evolution.
